About the Role
As a Senior QA/QC team member, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and refining our robust quality assurance processes. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams and be instrumental in enhancing our testing frameworks and methodologies.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive QA framework to ensure the delivery of high-quality software releases.
- Design, create, and manage detailed test cases that effectively cover all aspects of our software applications.
- Implement and execute automated testing strategies to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate and synchronize testing efforts across various teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely completion of testing cycles.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance our quality control processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Monitor key QA metrics to track progress, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions regarding software quality.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with product management and development teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for team members to promote knowledge sharing and enhance overall QA expertise within the organization.
- Manage regression testing cycles and user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify software functionality and meet user expectations.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a quality assurance role within the software development industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing automated testing frameworks and tools to develop and execute comprehensive test suites.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for driving excellence in software quality.
- Experience in understanding and implementing risk and compliance considerations within the software development lifecycle.
