About the Role
As a Senior QA/QC team member, you will be instrumental in establishing and implementing a robust QA/QC process to ensure the delivery of high-quality software releases.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in enhancing our testing frameworks and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA framework
- Design and manage test cases to ensure thorough testing
- Implement automated testing strategies to increase efficiency
- Coordinate testing efforts across teams to ensure seamless collaboration
- Enhance quality control processes to meet industry standards
- Monitor QA-related metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to ensure alignment
- Facilitate training sessions to educate team members on QA best practices
- Manage regression testing cycles and UAT to ensure high-quality releases
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with a proven track record of success
- Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools
