Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Joven Trucking Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and Manage Office Operations: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily tasks.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Support: Compile data, statistics, and other information, oversee the preparation of reports, and maintain and manage digital databases.
  • Office Maintenance: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence and Data Entry: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.

  • Team Player: Excellent written communication skills, judgement, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Reliability: Accurate, client-focused, and reliable.
