About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team at Broad Peak Construction Limited. As a Bookkeeping Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Accounting Software: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks.
  • Database Software: Proficient in database software.
  • MS Excel: Proficient in MS Excel.
  • MS Word: Proficient in MS Word.
  • MS Office: Proficient in MS Office.
