About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Richmond Staffing Inc. as a Bookkeeper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, such as calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and posting journal entries.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balances and statistical reports.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
