We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Amico. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including entering inventory, matching packing slips with purchase orders, and preparing weekly A/R reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Enter inventory, match packing slips with purchase orders, and approve and enter invoices into accounting software.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Collect payment, prepare weekly A/R reports, and reconcile accounts payable and credit card payments.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform other duties as required, including preparing sales expenses and coordinating with teams on credit extension and prepayment.
Requirements
  • Education: Accounting Certificate or degree.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to work within a team environment.
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills are required.
