Bookkeeping Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team at Broad Peak Construction Limited. As a Bookkeeping Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Accounting and Financial Management: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain accurate records of employee benefits and deductions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including statistical and financial data.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in accounting software, database software, MS Excel, MS Word, and other relevant tools.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
