Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tricolour Foods Corp. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management, including food order summaries and sales data.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Certifications
    • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Language
    • English.

    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
