Lead Systems Integrator for Identity and Access Solutions

As a Senior Systems Integrator, you will play a pivotal role in the integration of both hardware and software systems, ensuring they work together efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in computer systems along with software engineering expertise, complemented by experience in managing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage collaboratively with the team onsite in Ottawa, contributing up to 5 days a week.
  • Develop scalable enterprise applications (B2B, B2C) adhering to TMF standards.
  • Utilize logging frameworks and Elastic Logstash Kibana (ELK) for system monitoring.
  • Design and execute integration solutions for diverse hardware and software systems.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and operational functionality among integrated systems.
  • Oversee project timelines and milestones to guarantee successful integration outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve integration challenges promptly.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to ascertain and fulfill integration requirements.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to integration processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Over 6 years of experience as an IAM developer and architect (including Identity IQ), with a minimum of 6 years as Developer IIQ/Beanshell, and at least 15 years as a Java/Web developer. Roles may include system integrator, senior infrastructure specialist, network cybersecurity specialist, or system/application administrator.
  • Proficiency with SailPoint Technologies, specifically in Identity Access Management & IdentityIQ.
  • Strong foundation in software engineering principles and practices.
  • Experience in project management and collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and programming languages.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Compensation and Work Environment
  • Type of employment: Temporary Contractor – 1 year.
  • Location: Ottawa.
  • Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
