Senior Business Systems Analyst at 49 Solutions

49 Solutions is actively looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to address the needs of a significant consulting request. This role is ideal for professionals skilled in Business Analysis and Identity Access Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in information collection and discussions with stakeholders to clarify business needs
  • Conduct analysis of business processes and document both current and desired state workflows
  • Assist in the creation of testing strategies and execute functional testing
  • Facilitate end-user training and support the rollout of solutions
  • Generate communication materials and documentation for clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or business management
  • At least five years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Identity Access Management
  • Proven experience with Access Management solutions in a senior analyst capacity
  • Strong analytical skills to address complex issues and communicate effectively across all organizational levels

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Cloud-Based access controls and Zero-Trust security models
  • Expertise in business intelligence and data analytics
  • Experience in automating data-related tasks
  • Certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) is advantageous
