About the Role

Ferster Truckin' Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, recording minutes of meetings, and scheduling appointments.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as compile data and statistics.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, and arrange travel and related itineraries.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Organize conferences and meetings, and prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work 32 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
