Role Overview:

We are seeking a Commercial Solutions Enablement Specialist. The Commercial Enablement Team, a segment of Commercial Operations, focuses on enhancing People, Processes, and Tools. This team works to eliminate obstacles in daily Commercial Operations and Execution while fostering new Commercial Capabilities through actionable insights and process improvements.

In this role, you will spearhead the adoption, training, and support of our Commercial Solutions across various Commercial Teams, including Brand, Customer Solutions, Key Accounts, Sales, Commercial Finance, Commercial Operations, and Revenue Management.

Your responsibilities will include validating our data integration and ensuring the proper upkeep of our Commercial Solutions (currently utilizing Anaplan), which supports numerous Commercial processes such as Planning, Forecasting, Pricing, Marketing Investments, Budgeting, Financials, and more.

You will also be responsible for forecasting user licensing usage and managing security profiles. A solid understanding of data and systems, along with a willingness to learn about MillerCoors systems and data structures, will be essential for success in this position.

This role offers a significant learning opportunity, providing exposure to the entire Canadian Commercial Operations and allowing you to gain insights from various commercial roles while increasing your visibility within our Canadian Commercial Function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and training to up to 150 commercial users on Commercial Solutions.
  • Oversee and manage our Commercial Solutions (primarily Anaplan).
  • Facilitate Data Integration within the Commercial Solutions, identifying issues and liaising with the development team.
  • Validate data sources and conduct data audits; resolve any discrepancies with the appropriate team.
  • Perform validation and maintenance when modifications occur, and create/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks.
  • Project Product License usage and manage security profiles.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in IT, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in User Support, Change Management, and at least one area of expertise related to Commercial Teams (Finance, Sales, Strategy, Marketing); experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the capacity to communicate effectively with diverse Commercial teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite is a plus.
  • Experience with Anaplan is a plus.
  • Consent to undergo a criminal background check is required.
