At IBM, we're revolutionizing technology sales with innovative teams dedicated to creating real-time solutions for complex business challenges. As an AI Specialist, you'll leverage the watsonx platform to develop and deploy AI systems, produce pilots for clients, and play a pivotal role in IBM's growth. Partnering with tech leaders, you'll drive client engagements and contribute to rapid product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate AI solutions and collaborate with teams to align with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and project managers, to ensure successful AI solution delivery.
  • Oversee AI solution implementation and deployment, ensuring adherence to quality standards and performance requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize AI solution performance through fine-tuning and algorithmic improvements.
  • Engage with customers as a technical contact, providing support and guidance on AI best practices.
  • Document solution architectures, design decisions, and implementation details while contributing to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, evaluating emerging technologies for solution design impacts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience designing and delivering AI solutions, particularly with foundation models and large language models.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
  • Strong solution architecture and design experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A growth mindset with a focus on client business processes.
