## Project Manager - Infrastructure Development

At Bombardier Transportation GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the development of our infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and controlling major investment projects for our St-Laurent Manufacturing Center.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage costs and schedule to ensure project delivery meets customer expectations
* Establish and understand internal customer needs and priorities
* Maintain clear and effective communication across hierarchical levels
* Identify and mitigate risks proactively
* Coordinate resources involved in project development and execution
* Enforce internal safety rules and solve technical issues sustainably

### Requirements

* Degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, construction) or technical field
* 5-10 years of experience in managing large-scale projects in manufacturing
* Organized, with leadership skills and ability to mobilize teams
* Adoption of best practices in project management
* Ability to work under pressure and meet commitments
* Bilingual with strong communication skills
* Negotiation, problem analysis, and resolution skills
* Initiative, concern for quality, and customer satisfaction as top priority
