Principal Consultant, Scrum Master Role

We are inviting applications for the position of Principal Consultant, Scrum Master. In this role, you will be responsible for leading agile teams and facilitating scrum ceremonies. You will also be responsible for creating burndown charts and weekly velocity charts, holding team members accountable for committed user stories, and reporting to senior leadership on team progress.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead agile teams and facilitate scrum ceremonies
  2. Create burndown charts and weekly velocity charts
  3. Hold team members accountable for committed user stories
  4. Report to senior leadership on team progress
  5. Monitor agile adaptability in the team
Qualifications

We seek candidates with a strong background in system analysis and experience as a Scrum Master. Preferred qualifications include experience in a fully agile high-paced team in the fraud domain and tracking of delivery schedules for committed user stories.
