Job Opportunity: Principal Consultant, Scrum Master

We are inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Scrum Master, where you will play a key part in our team's success. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, creating burndown charts, and monitoring agile adaptability in the team.

Responsibilities
  1. Active hands-on Scrum Master
  2. Creating the burndown chart and weekly velocity chart
  3. Facilitation of the scrum ceremonies
  4. Holding the team members accountable on the committed user stories
  5. Being an early warning indicator to solve for the risks
  6. Report to senior leadership on the team's progress – lessons learned, any impediments, etc.
  7. Monitor agile adaptability in the team: capacity planning, story points, acceptance criteria defined, etc.
Qualifications

We seek candidates with a strong background in system analysis and experience as a Scrum Master. Preferred qualifications include experience in a fully agile high-paced team in the fraud domain, tracking of delivery schedule for the committed user stories, and experience working with User Interface, User Accessibility Testing, Alert Management, Microservices, Backend Database, and Cloud migration.
