Job Title: Residential Insulation Installer

We are seeking a skilled Residential Insulation Installer to join our team at Premier Siding and Window Sales (2011) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing insulation in residential buildings, ensuring a comfortable and energy-efficient living space for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply and secure insulation using various methods, including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, and taping.
  • Fitting insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs.
  • Installing vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials.
  • Supervising other workers and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Assembling, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment.
Requirements:
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience in insulation installation is an asset.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Driver's License.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
Working Conditions:
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling, and manual dexterity required.
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and gloves are essential.
