Job Summary:
Lifemark Health Group is seeking a highly skilled CMGR-Case Manager to join our team. As a CMGR-Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of disability claims, working with employers, union representatives, and physicians to obtain and review medical information, and developing relationships with involved parties to provide expert advice to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of disability claims, including reviewing medical information and developing return-to-work plans.
- Communicate with employers, union representatives, and physicians to obtain and review medical information.
- Develop relationships with involved parties to provide expert advice to customers.
- Plan and implement sound case management strategies to facilitate treatment and recovery.
- Review accommodation requests and implement return-to-work plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in disability claims management.
- Experience with non-occupational disability claims.
- NIDMAR or other related professional designations an asset.
- Excellent documentation and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented and organized with analytical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated excellence in decision-making, especially under pressure.
- Reliable transportation required.
