Job Summary:

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a highly skilled CMGR-Case Manager to join our team. As a CMGR-Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of disability claims for a large unionized organization. You will work closely with employers, union representatives, and physicians to obtain and review medical information, facilitating treatment and return-to-work solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case manage disability claims, developing sound case management strategies to promote treatment and recovery, and potential return to work.
  • Review accommodation requests and implement return-to-work plans.
  • Communicate claim decisions to all stakeholders involved, both verbally and in written correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of disability claims experience, with a focus on non-occupational disability claims.
  • NIDMAR or other related professional designations an asset.
  • Excellent documentation and time management skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
