About the Role

Bayer is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Oncology team. As a key member of our cross-functional squad, you will be responsible for driving the success of our brand, developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize brand potential, and ensuring the brand reaches its profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement the annual strategic brand plan, liaising with key internal stakeholders to ensure input and buy-in of the plan.
  2. Sales Activation and Execution: Develop and implement the sales activation plan, incorporating regional differences when appropriate, and supporting regional business teams to understand the potential and strategic direction for the brand in their region.
  3. Market Research and Analysis: Participate in and evaluate market research and analysis, promotions, public relations, and advertising associated with assigned brands or products, assessing their success against the plan.
  4. Financial Management: Responsible for all financial aspects of the brand, including forecasting and stock management, budget management, and ROI of major spends.
Requirements
  • University degree
  • Pharma experience is desired
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in changing business outputs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset
  • High level of learning and change agility
  • French is a strong asset
