We are seeking a highly skilled Market Access Manager to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our Market Access team, you will be responsible for securing and expanding market access for our cutting-edge brands in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market access strategies to optimize public and private reimbursement for assigned products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives that ensure our products gain and maintain funding in both public and private markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national public and private payers to secure product listings in Canadian P&Ts.
  • Provide strategic market access leadership to shape brand market access agenda and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience, with 3+ years of market access experience in the Oncology/Specialty Pharma/Biotech sector.
  • Demonstrated experience with the formulation of clear and compelling value propositions and success navigating the pricing and reimbursement environment in Canada.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system and knowledge of key trends, issues, opportunities, and stakeholder/payer priorities.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive results through others.
