Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at BITTS Testing Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and oversee their work
  • Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate office administrative tasks and oversee budget and expenditures
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced office environment
  • Public transportation available

  • English
Work Schedule:
  • 35 hours per week
