Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing schedules, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing documents.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistical requirements for project teams.
  • Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and other documents as required.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to project teams on administrative procedures and policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Post-secondary education in management or administration, or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years of progressive project support and administrative experience, including government experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
