Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and coordinating project activities.
  • Managing logistical needs for the project team, including travel arrangements.
  • Assisting in the creation of project timelines and schedules.
  • Overseeing budget management and tracking expenditures.
  • Collaborating with the accounting department to ensure adherence to invoicing standards and facilitating timely payments.
  • Maintaining project contracts and documentation for subcontractors and vendors.
  • Monitoring compliance with quality management processes and plans.
  • Supporting the development and monitoring of health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) requirements.
  • Facilitating communication within the project team and documenting client interactions.
  • Preparing regular progress reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinating data management and information transfer, including organizing filing systems and action item lists.
Qualifications:
  • College diploma or University degree in a relevant field.
  • Fundamental understanding of project management principles.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in project support within a multidisciplinary setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera or MS Project) is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse professionals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
