About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional with bilingual skills to join our team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional user support and customer service on our company-supported computer applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Advise customers on the appropriate action to take
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software and hardware technologies

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. You will have a strong background in technical support and customer service, with experience working with software, hardware, and other equipment.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment
  • Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
  • Related experience and training
  • Windows administration and deployment
  • Experience with Cisco (nice to have)
