About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team at Anet Fiber Tech Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, preparation, and execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement construction schedules and milestones, ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to review blueprints, schemas, and drawings
  • Direct the procurement of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Establish and maintain quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction standards
  • Oversee data analysis and information management to inform project decisions
  • Prepare comprehensive reports to stakeholders, including project progress, budgets, and timelines
  • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
