About the Role

As a CPFR Analyst, you will be accountable for driving supply chain business results, identifying and addressing inefficiencies, and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver key customer and internal supply chain targets by analyzing data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify and address inefficiencies in the supply chain, and develop strategies to drive out unnecessary costs and create efficiencies.
  • Strategically manage key orders and delivery performance to resolve potential production delays and other supply risks.
  • Prepare standardized and ad-hoc reports to support business analysis and provide customers with order status reports.
  • Manage master data with customers' item master and order master, and conduct analyses on forecast/order to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with customers on supply chain systems settings and provide analytical support to drive business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-7 years' experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
  • Preferred understanding of SAP and technology experience (e.g., Tableau Prep, SQL, Alteryx or Python).
  • Results-oriented and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, and good negotiation skills.
