We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Optimization Expert, working closely with our suppliers, category business managers, and supply chain teams.

Job Description:
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the development and maintenance of our supplier performance program. As a Supply Chain Process Analyst Student, you will be responsible for:
• Developing a thorough understanding of domestic and offshore supply chain product flow through interaction with stakeholders including suppliers, merchandising, third-party logistics providers, transportation, and other supply chain groups
• Supporting the team lead and manager in new process development and documentation
• Coordinating and working with supply chain, merchandising, digital/eComm, IT, and accounting teams on cross-functional initiatives to support product flow
• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers to improve supplier performance tools and processes
• Working with external vendors, supply chain, and merchandising teams to derive insights into supplier performance and other metrics related to product flow to determine root cause and feasible action plans to improve inbound product flow
• Project management support to team members, help facilitate the removal of barriers, and ensure requirements are met and delivered in a timely manner

What You'll Bring:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• Ability to influence cross-functional and supplier teams to support cross-functional initiatives related to product flow
• Strong time management skills along with well-developed analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence, negotiate, and develop relationships at all levels of the organization
• Effective at collaborating with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization and with external partners to implement change
• Strong proficiency with Power BI is a strong asset
• Practical experience with MS Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
