We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Labatt Breweries of Canada. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products throughout our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate brewery packaging schedules to optimize line efficiency and minimize material supply risks.
  • Collaborate with the brewery and materials forecasting team to place purchase orders with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials for production.
  • Work closely with the brewery to ensure cycle adherence and completion of schedules, making adjustments as needed.
  • Attend daily meetings with brewery operations to communicate material supply risks and priorities.
  • Ensure data accuracy in MRP systems and collaborate with centralized supply planning to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Manage supplier relationships and new design transitions based on instructions from Planning and Innovations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives to drive process excellence.

Requirements:

  • University degree in supply chain or logistics.
  • 2 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • High degree of self-motivation and ability to multitask.
  • Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with APS tools, SAP, and VBA.
  • Power BI experience is an asset.
