Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts using advanced analytics and statistical models
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive business growth and improve forecast accuracy
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with Global Supply Chain COE and NA Organization to drive continuous improvement and develop new strategies
  • Utilize SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO)/IBP suite to effectively build demand and operational plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in demand planning, supply chain, or operations
  • APICS Certification desirable, but not required
  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to think differently about data
  • Self-starter with high energy level, sense of urgency, and results-oriented
