About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our Demand Planning team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using advanced analytics and statistical models
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive business growth and improve forecast accuracy
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with Global Supply Chain COE and NA Organization to drive continuous improvement and develop new strategies
- Utilize SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO)/IBP suite to effectively build demand and operational plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years' experience in demand planning, supply chain, or operations
- APICS Certification desirable, but not required
- Strong analytical skills, including ability to think differently about data
- Self-starter with high energy level, sense of urgency, and results-oriented
