Marketing Operations Director Job Description

At Directive Consulting, we're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing Operations line of business, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-performing Marketing Operations teams to achieve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing Operations to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing clients.
  • Admin-level expertise in marketing automation and CRM instances, including HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to help clients curate and optimize their data.
  • Lead teams of up to 6 Marketing Operations Strategists and their associated books of accounts.
  • Ensure work quality standards are met and provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members.
  • Participate in project scoping for new opportunities and stay up-to-date on best practices in Marketing Operations.
