We're a performance marketing agency that specializes in working with SaaS and tech companies. Our unique marketing methodology, Customer Generation, prioritizes generating SQLs and customers over traditional metrics like MQLs. Our comprehensive range of services includes Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative and Design, Video, Revenue Operations, and Strategy, all designed to help our clients hit their SQL targets consistently.

Job Summary

We're seeking an Associate Director to join our team. As a remote-first company, you'll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with the option to enjoy our state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom) and Slack.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive SQL generation and customer acquisition
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact marketing campaigns
