Job Title: Commercial Insurance Specialist


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team at Quantum Management Services Ltd. As a key member of our insurance brokerage, you will work closely with Commercial Producers to manage client portfolios, negotiate new business, renewals, and remarkets, and provide exceptional client service.


Key Responsibilities:


- Collaborate with Practice Leader and group members to share insurer/product information and negotiate new business, renewals, and remarkets.

- Present risk assessments to underwriters and issue binding instructions.

- Evaluate marketing submissions and provide detailed comparisons for producers.

- Manage renewals, client inquiries, endorsements, and documentation.

- Issue certificates of insurance and support producers with client interactions.


Requirements:


- 3+ years of commercial lines experience.

- RIBO license required.

- Experience with insurance software.

- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
