Job Title: Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Selectpath Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial insurance accounts, including policy renewals, new business development, and account maintenance
  • Develop and implement account plans to meet business objectives and customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with producers and other stakeholders to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop business growth strategies
  • Prepare and present proposals, stewardship reviews, and other client materials as required
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience
  • R.O. license required
  • Working towards C.B. designation an asset
  • Superb interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to be a self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills
