About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our customers, ensuring their software-related questions are resolved in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, escalating situations requiring urgent attention
  • Log all service desk issues and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate customer recommendations and concerns to project managers and account managers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of our Plexxis ERP software
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn our software systems quickly
  • Knowledge of construction estimating software, digital takeoff, and project management principles
