About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our customers, ensuring their software-related questions are resolved in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
  • Log and track all service desk issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Communicate customer feedback and recommendations to project managers and account managers
