Job Title: Actuarial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Manager to join our team at 570 The Dominion of Canada General. As an Actuarial Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of actuarial models and strategies to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of actuarial models and strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain actuarial models and tools to support business decision-making.
  • Provide actuarial expertise and guidance to business partners and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or actuarial science.
  • Associate Actuarial Credential or equivalent experience.
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and programming languages such as SQL and SAS.
  • 4+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and industry trends.
