About the Role

The Actuarial Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement actuarial models, analytics, and strategies that drive business outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of actuarial principles, statistical analysis, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement actuarial models and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and growth
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to leadership and business partners
  • Manage and develop actuarial staff to ensure high performance and retention
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, actuarial science)
  • Associate Actuarial Credential (ACAS or equivalent) preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in actuarial analysis and leadership
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office) and programming skills (e.g., SQL, SAS)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
