Job Description

Biscuits Leclerc Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the private label industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the private label industry.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Develop and execute plans to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage Sales and Promotional Activities
    • Manage sales and promotional activities to drive sales growth and increase market share.
    • Develop and execute plans to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
    • 5-10 years of experience in private label sales and business development.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong understanding of the private label industry and market trends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
