Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Grass 2 Care Construction Group. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-organized.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Support for Diverse Groups: Provide support for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youths, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
