Head of Financial Intermediaries Relationships, Canada

Fiera Capital Corp. is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the growth of our institutional business in Canada. As Head of Financial Intermediaries Relationships, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our sales strategy across the intermediary channels in Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and retention across the Canadian financial intermediary market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial intermediaries, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the institutional business development team to identify and execute new selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure strong brand recognition of Fiera Capital within the Canadian financial intermediary market.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase retention levels and drive revenue growth.
- 15+ years of experience in the institutional investment management industry in client sales/business development/relationship management roles in the Canadian marketplace.
- Experience working with financial intermediary clients and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Strong knowledge of a diversified investment platform across traditional and alternative asset classes.
- CFA designation or graduate degree a strong asset.
