About the Role

Fiera Capital Corporation is seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Relationship Manager, Financial Intermediaries. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with financial intermediaries in Canada, driving revenue growth and retention through strategic business development and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and retention across the intermediary channels in Canada.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial intermediaries, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the institutional business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic priorities.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through proactive and responsive relationship management.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Fiera's investment solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that support business development objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the firm's business development strategy, providing input and insights to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in the institutional investment management industry, with a strong track record of success in client sales, business development, and relationship management.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with financial intermediaries, driving revenue growth and retention through strategic business development and relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian financial intermediary market, including bank platforms, broker-dealer platforms, multi-family offices, and insurance platforms.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and retention, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
