Position Overview

Berry's Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated **Cleaning Supervisor** to oversee our cleaning operations across various settings. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Work Environment
  • Relocation costs will be covered by the employer
  • Work settings include office buildings, commercial facilities, and hospitality venues such as hotels and resorts
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff to ensure optimal performance
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel
  • Assess and recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning team
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 1 to 2 cleaning staff members.
