Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Mighty-Peace Harley Davidson. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by serving as a liaison between our customers and our service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet Customers: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Listen to customer concerns and document their service requirements, providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Provide Estimates: Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timeframes, ensuring transparency and clarity.
  • Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments and communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Liaise with Technicians: Liaise between customers and service technicians to ensure a smooth service process, resolving any issues promptly.
  • Explain Recommendations: Explain service recommendations to customers and address any questions or concerns, providing expert advice.
  • Process Orders: Process service orders and invoices accurately, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership's products and services, staying informed about new developments.
  • Handle Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow in the service department, promoting a positive and productive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor is an asset, demonstrating expertise and knowledge.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent customer service and communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Vehicles: Knowledge of vehicles and automotive systems is an asset, providing a solid foundation for service delivery.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring efficient service delivery and timely completion of tasks.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills, including experience with service management software, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Team-Oriented: Team-oriented with a positive attitude, promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in motorcycle technology is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning.
