About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Advisor to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Advice: Offer expert advice on a range of financial products and services, including personal banking, investments, and credit solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on TD Bank's products and services, including features, benefits, and eligibility requirements.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell TD Bank's products and services to customers, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives, share knowledge and best practices, and provide support and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma and/or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a financial services role, preferably in a bank or credit union.
  • Certifications: IFIC or CSC certification an asset; CFSA certification required within 6 months of hire.
