Job Overview

As a Facilities Cleaning Manager at WESTMAN FACILITY SERVICES, you will oversee the cleaning operations to ensure a pristine and safe environment. Your leadership will guide a team of cleaning professionals in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor cleaning personnel to enhance their skills and efficiency.
  • Supervision: Direct and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Budgeting: Prepare financial plans and cost assessments for cleaning operations.
  • Service Recommendations: Identify and arrange for additional services such as maintenance and repairs.
  • Team Support: Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to align cleaning activities.
  • Scheduling: Develop work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns regarding cleaning services.
  • Facility Information: Provide essential information about the facilities to clients.

Experience Requirements
