Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Security Team: Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective execution of security protocols.
- Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on security incidents, trends, and best practices to senior management.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to security personnel on safety procedures, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient and effective security operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the security industry
- Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Security Guard License
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and be reliable, flexible, and a team player.
