Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement security protocols to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide training and guidance to security guards on security procedures and protocols.
- 1-2 years of experience in a security management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
