Security Operations Manager

Lionsgate Concierge Security is seeking a skilled Security Guard Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our security team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our security equipment and machinery, as well as coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule work and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to prevent equipment downtime.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations and respond promptly to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the team's operations.
- Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Security Guard License is required for this role.
- Excellent written communication skills are essential for this position, as you will be required to prepare and submit reports to management.
- Flexibility is key, as you will be required to work varying shifts and respond to emergency situations as needed.
- Judgement and organizational skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for coordinating activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our security team.
- Reliability is crucial, as you will be the point of contact for emergency situations and will be required to respond promptly to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role is required for this position.
- Durée de l'emploi: Permanent is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
