Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist to join our SAP HCM team based in Calgary. As a key member of our Information Technology department, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the SuccessFactors modules for our various divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configuration and Support
    • Configure and support the SuccessFactors suite of products, including Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation & Variable Pay
  • Functional Expertise
    • Provide functional SAP and business expertise to support business objectives for Canadian, USA, and International divisions
  • End-User Support
    • Provide second and third-level end-user functional support and guidance
  • Testing and Quality Assurance
    • Perform unit, integration, parallel, and acceptance tests
  • Documentation and Training
    • Creation of SAP HCM deliverables, including requirements documentation, functional requirements, specifications, documentation of reports, interfaces, and enhancements; creation and execution of test scripts; preparation and delivery of end-user documentation and training
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and customer service skills
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years of SuccessFactors system administration experience in the modules listed above
    • Experience with SAP HCM configuration is an asset
    • Experience with integration between SuccessFactors and SAP is an asset
